When using Microsoft Outlook how do I get my name, title and work address to appear???

At the end of every E-mail I send??? Is there a setting for this??

Tools, Options, Mail Format, Signatures, New, ( type what ever you want to appear in the preview box), OK, then hit Apply. I think thats how i did it.

That is your signature, set it under Tools --> Options, then click the Mail Format tab and near the bottom will be a Signatures button.

YOU NEED TO SET UP A "SIGNATURE"

go to tools>options>mail format>signature picker

then set up a sihnature and save it.
