A aisle made out of hay instead of flowers.Mason jars with a white candle in it as centerpiece & alternate with Sunflowers on the tables as centerpieces & if there are trees nearby or if it is in a tent hang the ribbons that are you wedding colors with chandliers crystals at the end of them for a girlish touch.If there are kids attending you can make them gift bags with toy guns & etc from the dollar store.

Use mason jars for glasses
Centerpieces could be a tin bucket with daisies and wild flowers
Tables should have blue and yellow chekered tableclothes.
Offer bbq and have kegs of beer
Arrive on a horse or horse drwn carriage, or even an antique gmc truck
Have the local country band play at yoru wedding
Entretaing with games of horseshoes and badmidton
