Ok I met him online we started talking on the phone and we're friends on myspace as well. We've been talking 4 a couple of months and I never met him in person becuz he's overseas at the moment. Two of his friends (girls) who I don't know sent me friend request. I didn't accept them becuz I thought it was kind of weird his friends asking to be friends when I don't even know him that well. Anyway one of them sent me a message asking if I wanted 2 come 2 sum party they were having for him when he gets home. I didn't respond and he told me that she asked him why wouldn't I accept her as a friend or return her email. He told her becuz I didn't know her that well. Anyway I want to know why out of the blue she wants to be friends with me? Do you think he might have mentioned me to her? Do u think she thinks something is going on btween me and him and she wants to get in the middle of it to find out? Or am I just jumping to conclusions?

If your man really loves you, he's not gonna cheat on you, and i think you should accept friends with the girls

I think that you could be jumping to conclusions. However, there are those females out there that are manipulative and coniving as well. If you want to go, then go. If not, then don't. Do you think you could not go and never wonder if you should have or what might have been? Sounds to me like you would probably drive yourself crazy asking what might have been or what if if you didn't go. It's up to ya-life is too short to ponder on the what ifs.

You met this man on-line so it's a pretty lame excuse to say that you don't know her as a reason to blow her off. I think this girl is his friend and wants to be your friend too. She may have nothing in mind except for her friend to be happy. She may feel she stands a better chance remaining to be his friend if she is your friend too.
Accept the invitation to add to her friends list and if possible say yes to the invitation to her party. You never know, she may one day be your friend, with or without him.

He may want you to get acquanted with the girls so they can give you their opinions of him. If she's already in a relationship with someone, I'm pretty sure he's not trying to put you in the middle of anything, but just trying to get an endorsement on his character, since you've not met him.

Your jumping to conclusions! She would not have known about you without him saying something, and if they were an item do you really think he would have told her and give your contact info to her?
I would suggest if you do go to his return party to take a friend.Nice people usually have nice friends.

Regardless of what the true meaning of her intentions it looks like you are getting yourself into something that is and will be over your head. It is best to get out of the situation and move on and forget about it. I am sure he isn't overseas either.

Maybe he talked to his friend about you. And she wanted to get to know you better. Or it could be that she likes him and wanted to get to know the competition. It could be a lot of things. If I were you I wouldn't stress over it.

I would move on. Internet dating is not a good idea. You dont need complications or any risks when there are alternatives with less risk.
