Easy just walk up to her and say hi, start talking to her on a daily basis, than when you know her well, just pop it, and don't get discouraged if she says no

Just ask here to dinner or a movie and in the middle of the date ask her if she wants to be yours. don't let this opportunity slip by if you really like her.

Just ask her to be your friend and ask her what is her name this will help you. She will tell you her name if you know her name then play like you don't know her name than she will talk to you.
