Do not introduce unless your serious about the girl, i mean like ondeay you think of marrying her.
just have dinner together, say mom dad let's have dinner i want you to meet someone special in my life.

There is no special way of doing that. However what is best will be determined by various factors but you must have prepared the minds of your parents before bringing her.
Create a soft landing and make the way easier for her to be accepted just like John the baptist came before Jesus to prepare the way for him so must you prepare the grounds before bringing her physically to them.

Go to your girlfriend and ask her if she's ready to meet your parents. If she says yes, then go to your parents and tell them you would like to bring your girlfriend over for dinner some night. Then bring her over for dinner some night. If you're worried that it will get awkward, instead of having dinner at their house or yours, just have them come to a restaurant instead.

Take them all out to dinner on you. And at a nice restaurant, but have your parents meet you and your GF there. The restaurant is neutral ground where people have to be polite in public usually. If things go well, you'll know.

You just do it.....are you afraid of something? Is she not good enough to meet the parents? Whats the problem? Its really not that big of a deal. If you like her enough thean you have nothing to worry about, they should like her, just as you do! Good luck

well the way i see it you could probably ask the parents if you could invite her over for dinner when you do and they give you an answer you can work it out from there!! GOOD LUCK.

go to church with your family then out to lunch. they will see how much you like the girl and the meeting will not be as uncomfortable for your gf.
