I don't carry any written authorizations when I walk my dogs, but I do carry waste bags. When they poop, I clean it up.

I agree with ice queen... how would anyone get their dog up onto a car to poo on it in the first place? Dogs tend to want to urinate and deficate where other dogs have done it. It's a territorial thing. Now cats doing it is another matter.

I cannot and see no way that anyone could "authorize" a dog to do anything. How does one authorize a pet...give it a license? If you mean allow, no I wouldn't. That would be rude.

Nope. But sometimes when one of them poops beside a car illegally parked on a pavement I leave it there in the hope that the motorist stands in it or drives through it. I know that's wrong, but so is parking on the pavement and it's a lot easier to side-step a turd than it is a car.

My dogs will not poo on a car but i sure wish they'd break into my neighbors car and truck and go on her seat.She's so hateful.

no we dont we had a prob with someone letting their dog "go" right by our front gate we put bleach down for a couple of days that cured it think that it is very very irrisponsable of owners and also against the law nothing worse than dog do on your shoe yuk
