I was asked this question by my Girl Friend :) i was given some 6 days of time please try hard and come up with an answer.

Just like how others say i too think that you messed up the questions. I even might be wrong. Because practically speaking,sorry, typing you cannot get anything once a year and twice a month.
But there are some ways
1) Christmas comes once a year.
2) A fortnight magazine comes twice a month
3) I go to school 4 days a week. That's not funny.
4) We go100-99 about 6 times a day. Got it.
It might even be a word play
ONCE = YEAR
TWICE = MONTH
FOUR = WEEK
SIX = DAY.
I think i am right. If not let me know it.

I think you got the riddle wrong it should be what occurs once in " a year, " twice in " every month, " four times in "every week " and six times in " each and every day of the week ” (or something like that)
Answer = the letter E
