i want to know why because of all E. coli outbreaks now in days...?

Actually the dog has an immunity to that sort of thing and can even eat rotted meat loaded with bacteria of all kinds.

Humans, on the other hand have no such thing. The Gila Monster lizzard's tongue is laten with such a powerful bacteria that it hunts with the bacteria by swiping the tongue at other animals and infecting and killing animals the size of dogs or deer and kills those in minutes. Then the GilaMonster eats the dog or deer and of course its unaffected by that deadly bacteria on its tongue.

E. coli is actually part of a perfectly normal gut in most mammals including humans and probably also dogs.

The outbreaks you see on the news are due to specific types of E. coli which have different ways of producing disease (i.e. they produce toxins). Not all E. coli will cause disease.

So, dogs may have E. coli in their gut, which they will probably ingest again, but will not normally cause them any problems.
