It will be me and my 5 month old baby girl and our Jeep Jog stroller. Daily I hope. Sometimes big sis and Dad may join us.

Mid morning is almost always the best time of day to go on a walk. I'm not saying that this is mid morning, but I used to get up at 5:45am, though I don't have any kids and I'm not married (I'm 17 years old). I have a really complicated and painful back problem, and before school was the only time I could try to 'walk it off'.

Early morning would be the best in my opinion when the air is crisp and fresh. Walking any time of the day is great but there is nothing like a brisk morning walk.

If everyone can join in, I would say early morning. You can watch the sun rise, hear the birds wake up, and see the world come to life. Other than that, anytime while it is still daylight.

I don't know the "best" time, but I like to go right after dinner. It relaxes me to hear the birds and its a great end to a busy day.

The morning is the best time...it's cool and the sun isn't at full force. It also kickstarts your metabolism and helps you burn calories the rest of the day.

Walk at the time of day when you have the most "get up and go" that way you can maximize the workout!

depends on where you live .. when the sun isn't directly over top of you .. i prefer in the mornings right before it gets to humid outside.

in the morning when the suns up, that way you can enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. and geta good workout with your little girl. :)

many agree in the morning but i take mine every after job
in the evening.
