SURE YOU "CAN" BUT YA BETTER GET A SHOE HORN TO GET YOU INTO THE COCKPIT ON THE FIGHTERS.
YOU MIGHT NOT GET THE CANOPY CLOSED THO.
LARGER PLANES SURE, BUT NOT THE FIGHTERS.
A C-130 GUNSHIP WOULD BE NICE.

You'd have to check with the Air Force Aeromedical Department regulations via the web or a recruiter. Highly unlikely you'd be eligible for any ejection-seat aircraft.
The key thing is how you fit into the current ejection-seat. When I went thru Naval Aircrew Candidate School in 1985, we were measured: height, torso, thighs, and knees.
I guarantee you'll fit in the MH-60 helicopter !! When I flew with HSL-43 in San Diego, we had the tallest (6'6")and shortest (5'3") Aviators in the Navy at the time.

standing height 64-77 inches
sitting height 34-40 inches
That is 6' 5"
Suggest you slouch? No waivers are options, and this may have changed,
