What is your diet? Are you eating alot of acid foods. This could be causing the stomach issue. Also, what kind of meds are you taking for your headaches? Asprin is known to upset stomaches and actually eat the lining.

When stressed out you increase the acid in your stomach causing heart burn, upset stomach and headache. What you should be having checked out is your stomach and a stress test. They can put you on something to calm you down.

hope you feel better.

You would be surprised how stress can mess up your body, and yes it can like this. May I suggest some yoga techniques for some calming effect to ease stress in your life. How about your diet, what kind of foods do you eat. Maybe your lactose intolerant, or gluten intolerant, these sometimes have effect on ones body like this. I wish you all the best and please don't give up, perhaps even trying some eastern medicines, like seeing a homopathic person, whom is able to diagnos a bit more. I hope this all helps, and I'm sorry that you are going through this. Take care, God bless.

There is alot of information that one would need to know before making a diagnosis. Your age, sex, past medical history, etc. If you have truly exhausted your current medical expertise, it might be beneficial to seek a second opinion. Extreme stress can cause all types of problems. Even if stress is not your primary problem, the stress of your illness can compound the problem and so stress relief would be adviseable regardless. You might need to see a psychiatrist. Also, If you don't already, mild daily exercise and relaxation techniques would help immensely. Yoga is wonderful for stress relief and exercise. Avoid alcohol, smoking, and drugs at all costs. I apologize for the non-specific information, but medical problems are highly individualized. Good luck!

you probably are getting anxiety attacks (clonazepan is good for this) this probably brought on the nervousness making you throw up leading you to an esophagus ulcer which could lead to the blood. but you may also have a stomach ulcer.

I would think thyroid but you have had that checked?
Find a different dr to do it.
There are 3 or more tests for it.
Something is wrong................
Get some major blood work done.
And maybe a counselor
