I feel like I am shaking on the inside. The shaking is not visible and it can hardly be felt by others. My doctor said that I was insane but I am not. My father has Parkinson's disease and he had an early onset in his 30's. I am 32 now. I went to another dr yesterday and he said that it could be a brain tumor, although he also said he had never heard of that symptom. Any suggestions?

Tremors are rhythmic, alternating, or oscillatory movements. A tremor can be a normal exaggeration of movement, a primary disorder, or a symptom of a cerebellar disorder or Parkinson's disease. Diagnosis is usually clinical. Treatment varies by etiology.
Please see the web pages for more details on Tremor, Drug-induced tremor, Essential tremor, Familial tremor and Google search on Internal tremor.
