it takes around 500 yars to degrade so every nappy ever used is still burried underground and unchanged which is a foul idea to me. Even if biodegradable ones are used they will biodegrade anaerobically which will produce more harmul gases such as methane which is around 21 times more warming as a greenhouse gas than carbon dioxide

These days there are some many alternatives with washable nappies similar but beter than the old days and a very much cheaper, environmentally friendly option!!!!

Too long. So don't use disposables, use the old fashioned sort (and save yourself heaps of money whilst you're at it).
