For bums I'm afraid no pain no gain!Walking or swimming are the only answer. But for tums I can vouch for the slendertone belt. It's the best creation ever. Use it twice a day for 30 mins and in four weeks you'll have a flat tum!And the best thing is you can just sit and relax as it does the equivilent of hundreds of sit ups!!Not very comfy to use at 1st but you get used to it very quickly.

The best for you bum with out a doubt is lunges, or in the military we call them iron mikes LOL. And for the abs, elevated sit up, it forces you to use non of your legs and all of your abs. The better you get move your legs higher and higher till you are hanging upside down on a pole doing them that way. Good luck on the wash bord!!! :P

Crunches for the stomache and squats for the bum. A lot of people will argue this however squats and crunches done properly will give you the best results.

try sit-ups,lie on the floor on any mattress
aerobics are also good u may go for stepper,walker too,but do no use machine too much....better to follow a good diet chart according to your age,sex,height and weight.
