Why do alot of women prefer a handsome and/or rich guy who treats them like crap over a average loking guy who would treat them like a queen?

It just seems alot of women prefer guys just cause they're rich and or handsome.

Well some women, the materialistic ones at least, want to be pampered. (Well, actually we'd all like that once in a while.) But the materialistic ones are very needy and they'll go for a guy if he's rich. Plus, it helps if the guys are handsome. That way they can show him off to her friends and making them all jealous. Some people get a kick out of making others jealous. But sometimes, it could also be due to a certain insecurity. If a girl feels unattractive, having a boyfriend who's handsome and is still with her must mean that she's pretty otherwise he'd have left.

But honestly, I don't give a damn if a guy isn't drop-dead gorgeous. It's really all about the kind of person he is. It's all about personality. I'd rather be treated like a queen without all sorts of fancy gifts and dinners and stuff like that, rather than cling onto a guy who doesn't care about me but throws money my way because that's the only thing that might shut me up.

Well, that is simple. Cause they have no respect for themselves. Handsome, Rich men may not be able to provide the care and comfort that women need. Then again, there are average men who can not do this either. To be honest, people really dont know what their relationship is like if they are not in it. Two sides to every story and If a woman turned you down for a man that treats her bad, let her go. You will find a woman that will treat you the way you need to be treated.

Lonewolf its simple girls are there worst critics and if a rich and handsome man were interested that flatters girls .Girls also like the chase and allot of time the nice guy next store is to easy to get .As far as getting treated like crap by good looking guys well that is a more deeper question most girls choose to stay in a relationship like that because they don't think they can do better or because they love the guy more than they love themselves.

Honestly because there dumb and some girls only care about money and material objects rather then whats more I'mportant in life. If they get treated like dirt they don't care because they get whatever they want cause there man has money. Well im Glad I'm not like that I don't need a man that has lots and lots of money or a car or even a job prefer him to have a job. I'm the type that wants a guy that's caring sweet affectionate and treats me like I'm suppose to be treated. Love to me is far more important then money because if there is no love then there is no relationship. Seriously I don't get it either I hate money I honestly do but just to let you know every girl is not like that I could care less about money there is far more important things in life then money and all that other crap well hope that this helps in some way.

to be honest a lot girls just go for the money....and sometimes a good looking guy might make them popular too....they dont care if they get treated like crap because they know they're getting the good stuff(money) at the same time! or they think that a rich good looking guy is what ur suppose to have.... but to tell the truth money and looks arent everything in this world....BUT FEELINGS AND CARE.....

i guess bcoz some girls need to feel secure.. u know, like they hv to make sure that they would hv an easy life where they don't need to drop a single sweat.. or the handsome guy whom they only need for show off.. they'd regret it sooner or later, i'm 100% sure.. the treating part is just a price they hv to pay.. n sumtimes they won't notice 'til it's too late and regret it.. i think every girl deserves to be treated as a queen, tho.. i'd prefer the average guy.. ^^

i don't know. i don't. my all time favorite male, well other than my husband, is an old t.v. actor...........dan blocker better known as Hoss on Bonanza. i think he was quite a good looking fella. but then i am the kinda person that is more concerned with honesty, respect, good work ethics, kind-hearted, decent and caring people. i don't care about money, or looks, i don't want to be treated like a queen either.
i think people have gotten too hung up on looks. there are a lot of average joes out there looking for hot women, and a lot of plain janes looking for hot men. hopefully they will all grow up and figure out that looks aren't everything.
and its kind of funny, don't you think, that those ones that are looking for the perfect mate aren't all that great themselves.
go figure!

Handsome or not really doesn't matter. I have both dated and been on both ends of the spectrum. What really matters is how a person is willing to treat you. Looks fade faster than true affection and dedication. Love should prevail but unfortunately doesn't always.

The same reason most guys would rather be with a thin girl and be treated like crap than be with someone who is considered heavy and be treated like a king.
Because today's society has made the perfect man or woman thin or muscular or rich.people don't date or fall in love for the right reasons anymore.Thank Hollywood.

I promise you not all girls are like that. Most of the guys I am interested in are poor and average great guys. Quit looking at the model types and bring your nose down to the average looking girls who would love to be treated like the princess she deserves to be treated like!
