Honestly, it's operators... Hate to say it, but that is the majority of the problems.

As seems to be the opinion of most of us it's the users. The number of calls to help lines which are down to user error is by far the highest proportion of all calls. More often than not it is a RTFM problem, I.E read the ....... manual

Users and bad drivers. I have seen people hit there computers, spill milk over the keyboard and so on. When Windows 95 and 98 was out PC would crash a lot because of the bad Drivers.

don't know for sure but i would hazard a good guess at the number 1 cause of computer errors being the idiot pushing the buttons!!!

We can not all be experts at computers it is mostly not closing files correctly if you have problems.Try error doctor support@softwaredoctor.com There is a charge about £25.00 but they keep all errors at bay for a year.
