laudrup by far the best player to play in this country maybe even Britain he was midfield and he was great b cause he was so skill full he could shred any teams defense he was one of the worlds greats in his time not just rangers he was also fast over a few yards and that gave him enough space to think and see what he could do next and by the time someone else got near him Head already did something special he was also part of the danish team that won the European championships

For me it would have to be between Baxter and Greig. John Greig was everything that epitomised a Rangers player. He had a heart second to none and he was a good footballer which many forget. Baxter on the other hand was pure genius but he couldnae tackle a fish supper. Only the Brazilians of that time could compare with his technical ability and Pele remarked once after Slim Jim had played for Scotland that he was a Brazilian in a blue shirt. He was a fierce patriot and loved to beat England which he did by himself on a few occasions. I still have a tape of him playing at Wembley in 1967 running down the left wing playing keepy uppy with the ball and the English going moggy. Pity his life turned so sour and he left the game when he was still young.

hard one depends on how you see it..mccoist no sorry to say wasnt even the best striker in his prime like him or loathe him mo johnston was far better and possibly scotlands best ever sorry..cooper was awesome ridiculous skill and a match winner utterly amazing..laudrup possably the most talented but maybe for not long enough..gough i think was better than grieg commanding brilliant reader of the game kept the team together under pressure and also a match winner i think was underestimated even at ibrox due to countless flawless matches it came to be expected of him..durrant what can you say he was simply class down south he was rated the best in britian pity he took such a bad injury..gazza was gazza a flawed genius that when the notion took could turn any game..all great players but it is in the eye of the beholder..who would you love to be in your team now to take you all the way in europe? answer that and youv'e got the best

Personally I couldn't say just one.. theres a few that fall into that category for me... for instance Mr Gascoigne, Mr Souness, Mr Laudrup, Mr Albertz, Mr Gough... and not forgetting the goalie.. Mr Goram.
Hope this is of some help to you.

i would say that laudrup would have to be up there along with Gazza, coz these players could excite the crowd, which is huge when at home.
