I need some advice on growing out a shag. If anyone has one or knows how... any advice would be great.

Take care of your hair by washing and conditioning it. And just do not cut your hair for a few months.

Your hair will grow as long as your are eating well and supplementing with a daily vitamin. While the hair grows out, make sure to have a professional hairstylist cut the "frame" around your face so that you don't look unkempt. A hairstylist will fade the bangs around your face to blend in with the rest of the hair as it grows.

Have the long part cut off first and go from there to shorter or longer..whichever turns you on.
