yes not all lump is cancerous.. and there two types of cancer, the benign and malignant. Maybe her's is benign which is not so much alarming. The tumor is there but not spreading, although quit scary, because its not normal. But i have friend who have breast lump. What she is doing is that, she doesn't eat meat, especially pork... even beef she refused. She only eat vegetables and fish. Because when you eat so much fat it will nourish also the lump and eventually enlarge. usually it runs to the family. so i better suggest that you check always. Do it 7 days after your menstruation (if your woman). Just do the massage using your 4 finger tips from center ( nipple) then outer, while raising your one arm where one breast is checking.Your lucky your grandmother still alive despite of the ailment she have. My mom passed away because of cancer too.

It was most likey a benign lump. Some tumors are growths which are not cancerous in nature. If it was cancer, she would have been gone a long time ago.

definitely not breast cancer. Many women have cysts, lypoma's in their breasts. I do and have a family history. Doctors always make us get a biopsy but its always the same thing. Better safe than sorry though. You should check yourself regularly.
