Plain old sour cream is the best for me. You can also dip it into:
* Cheese dip
* Salsa
* Guacamole
* Sour cream mixed w/ some hot salsa.
* Pico de gallo

The best is to mash some avocadoes (haas avocadoes are the only ones to use) , a jar of salsa mixed in and it's awesome. You can also make fresh guacamole with long green onions, tomatoes, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. Only raves and raves when my husband makes his this way. I cheat a little and just add salsa. Either way they are a hit!!!

Melted cheddar cheese.
Just pit Chiz Whiz in a pan then add milk to make it a little runny.

I've always eaten them with ranch dressing. Which is odd because I don't put ranch on a salad.
