Spirulina, full of easily assimilable iron and protein. Any reputable health food store will be able to help you out. Spirulina is a sea vegetable which will also improve digestion, elimination, mental clarity and general well being and health.

You could always take iron tablets - all chemists carry them.

You could also check the cereals - many nowadays are adding enough iron to make up a good percentage of your daily intake requirement.

Other foods include: Mussels, Beef, Turkey
If you are after vegetables, the iron in them takes a bit more absorbing so you will need to take some iron absorbtion enhancers. The 1st link below is an excellent place to have a look.
