She's a black lab/german shepherd mix about 9 months old. We have 2 females from the same litter, and she is the only one who does this. Shouldn't this not be an issue any longer?

Some girls have this problem throughout their life. Usually this happens when someone comes home or to visit etc. Try not to be to excited upon arriving home. Don't make a big deal of it by acting really happy to see her. She gets so excited that it just happens. Also, she may outgrow this as she ages. It does take a big breed a bit longer to mature than a small breed. Be patient, things will improve.

I had a mastiff female that also had that issue. She didnt out grow it until about 1 year old. As every dog is different consult your vet about her Happy Bladder.
