Don't understand what you mean by 'making' himself sick, is he doing something, like putting his fingers down his throat, or is he 'being' sick?
If he is vomiting (which is what I think you must mean) take him to the GP.
If he is doing this to himself, try talking to him rationally, if he sees you getting upset he may keep doing it. Explain he will have to clean it up and that it may make him ill and that will mean he wont be able to play football etc. because he wont be strong enough, explain what his food is for (growing, energy etc) and by being sick it cant help him grow strong

yes it could b attention seeking but could b that he's ill.
when kids start school, they can pick up bugs, virus' & the usual sicknesses that r going around.
better 2 b safe than sorry.
get a docs opinion.

i'm somewhat involved by this one. I shop my 2 year previous God-daughter each from time to time and he or she places her fist in her mouth while she would be able to't get her way and makes her self throw-up everywhere. The extra you tell her "No" the extra she crys and throws-up. hopefully, she would be able to easily boost out of it because of the fact i think undesirable for her and it makes a multitude.
