Sometimes I think the ones with diamonds are too gaudy.
Plus I also think that the gaudy ones are usually the cause of a huge debt for newly weds, were simpler ones are affordable without charging them, and if the lady really wants a diamond, or a bigger one, just wear the one she has for a few years and save up for a bigger one. Or wait until they're a more financially stable couple later in the marriage, and buy a bigger one!

That's what I'm getting. Not because we can't get or afford anything else because we could easily get something else. It's what I want well, actually I'd rather not have to wear a ring at all, but he wants us to get rings, so I'll do it for him.
What do I assume? Well, actually I don't usually look at women's jewelery or even notice. My lover, who was never married wore a wedding band on his left ring finger when we first met and started dating (it had other sentimental value to him) I never noticed until almost six months to a year after we had met! (and we were living together by then!) I don't think anyone will really notice and those that do, well let them think what they think. If they're rude enough to say something well, just be a jerk right back! It's fun to be a jerk at least. If your happy, who cares?

I don't see anything wrong with it, but some judgamentanl and rude folks my think that you couldn't afford a real wedding ring, or that your simple band is an indication of poverty, they will ask you where the engagement ring is, and if you are going to upgrade to a bridal set later.
There are wedding bands incrusted with diamonds. You can consider this alternative.

Actually that is exactly what I want for my wedding band! My parent'sis the same so I guess that is where I get it from. No need for a diamond, too expensive.

That shes married.
I prefer the plain gold bands, I think they are more traditional looking and I like the look better than fancier bands.
When I want to be fancy I wear my engagement ring.

Personally, I think they're nicer...I prefer unique bands without diamonds. My fiance and I are having matching wedding bands that are engraved that say 'Of my love be sure'...posey rings come in many different styles and are very unique.
Do a google search for 'posey rings' and see what you find...

There's nothing wrong with it. Its not the size of the diamond that matters!! Its all about what that band means to the person wearing it...and their significant other.

She likes simple. I don't see anything wrong with this. My mom had a plain gold band and that was the only jewelry she ever wore.

Nothin wrong with it. Some women don't like diamonds or other stones, so a band suits them just fine.
