There is no way for you to know if you are going to need them pulled or not. The only person who can determine that is going to be your dentist, or an oral surgeon. They will take an x-ray of your mouth and look at how the wisdom teeth are coming in. If they are coming in at an angle, or they will cause crowding in your mouth then they will most likely have to be removed. It's also possible that they will not all have to be removed. It's not a bad procedure, it takes a few hours and you will be completely under, and from my experience the pain after wards wasn't really that bad. The weird thing is just being able to feel the holes in your mouth for a while till everything heals up. ha ha

If it hurts, and it does not seem like there is enough room, it will probably need to come out.

If there is pain, then you'll want to get it out for sure.

If there was no pain, and you were not too concerned with what it would do to your other teeth, then you could probably leave them in.

I have had mine out, and this is only my opinion, but you should go to the dentist to have it looked at for a professional opinion.

From your description they will most likely come out. It is not too bad....don't worry. Hopefully you have insurance that will cover it.

My dentist took xrays and noticed them. Maybe like a week later got them removed. Didn't have any probelms what so ever.
