You would have to build the trust back. She trusted you in the begining or else she wouldnt have said yes. So you would have to show her you can be trusted again. But I guess it depends on what you did for her not to trust you anymore.

Trust is a BIG issue. She was smart because your life would be a living hell if she stayed and she would be making herself nuts checking up on you. You need to earn the trust back. That takes time. I don't know what you did however, if you cheated and got caught while you were engaged forget it. Most woman will not forgive that.

she don't know what love is if she don't trust you because love is about trust and honesty and commitment to being completely honest. if you lied to her or snuck around on her, or if you're just not being yourself you shouldn't try to get her back because you'll only be taking advantage of her when she's weak. Leave her alone. Let her find her personal strength and to decide for herself what she needs to do. Because you can't convince someone to trust you when they just don't. She might try to fool herself by telling herself to trust you, but deep down, she don't. And you don't want that either, no way, because you'll always feel like she thinks your lying or cheating on her even when you ain't.
If she don't trust you, she don't trust you. And if she don't trust you, it ain't love. And if you lied to her it ain't over because it never was nothing to begin with, got it? Let her go if you have any respect for her at all.
