You can't prove it 100% one way or the other.

I am very sorry to say this - but I can't prove the existence of God to you without refferring you to the Bible. I can tell you to look around everything that you see, and ask yourself a question "Who made all this?" - but I'm sure that won't be much help to you.
The God that exist is the God of the Bible and he is very much real. He can also be known personally by a willing heart. The first thing I would request you to do, if you really mean what you have asked, is to purchase a Bible. The second thing will of course be to read it with an open, unbiased mind. You must read it alone - not supplementing it with anything. May be it would also help to say "God if you out there or here, reveal yourself, I really need to know".
I don't think you will finish a month, with your Bible on your quest of finding out whether God is real or not, wothout complete assurance that he is. I give you just a month. After a month, with no results - you can make an informed conclusion and openly declare that 'God is not real'. But just give him a month - not more and not less! Please, just try this - I get a feeling it will work for your own good.
Just for the record, God is very much real. He will prove it you in less than a month. The soon you get to read that Bible the better!

It seems to me that the question itself may blind you to what it is really all about.
Perhaps one approach may be to put on hold your anxiety about that - I did it when i was 14 and half expected a bolt of lightning straightaway - and look at what you and your life really is.
For example, what do you know is real? Is love important to you. What is important to you on a day to day level, about issues that come up? from your responses you will know some kind of bedrock that will only grow more solid with time, though be prepared to review in the light of experience.
Whether or not God exists is a matter of faith and no-one can tell you the answer or give proof - there isn't any.
It comes down to how you grow in your life.
Without trying to suggest you go to any particular religion or philosophy, look at several of them, including eastern ones, to see which of them the most clearly points to a way of understanding; forget about any that say this or that is true, that you have to take a load on board before you can get anywhere.
Go to one that starts from how to live your everyday life here and now, one that resonates with your own innate knowing.
Faith can be blinding - keep your eyes open. I found that as a result of my searching I have reached a positive relationship with the subject of your question.
Good searching!

Meditate upon God - the question specifically of whether or not God exists. Open yourself - be receptive - and request He show Himself if He exists (I'm using the masculine pronoun out of convenience, not fact). This is not just intellectually, but reach out with your whole being - emotionally, kinesthetically, etc.
I was agnostic and was bothered the same way. I was inspired by the story of Buddha under the bodhi tree. He sat for 40 days - unmoving. He swore not to stop until he had the answers. I got my answers in far less time, now I know God exists.
If you want an answer, I would suggest taking a weekend - start Friday night and resolve until you have an answer not to stop meditating (inviting God to show Himself if He exists). I think you (specifically) will have your answer before Monday morning.

If the movies and books that have been recently released portraying that Jesus was not in fact who he has been displayed to be in the Bible actually have an affect on your beliefs and spirituality, than perhaps your religious beliefs were never as strong as you thought they were? I truly believe that you should live your life the way you think is good and right - regardless if there is a God or not. People have been faced with this question for thousands of years - noone knows the actual truth, but really, does it matter? Believe in what makes you happy, wholesome and whatever helps you to get past hard times. Focus on who YOU are YOUR LIFE and not what could be there for you when you're DEAD!!! If you live a good life than you will be accepted by whatever God you believe in. Does this make sense?

I have a good friend in a co-worker. He was in a fire that killed his wife and children. He was burned over 90% of his body. He has little of his ears and nose left. His hands are semi-clawed, and most of his hair is gone. I'm not sure when this happened, but he can still gets around. Kenny is an extremely honest and good person. He told me he flat-lined 3 times. I asked him about seeing "the tunnel" and he said he did. The angels told him it wasn't his time. I was amazed and happy because he is adamant in his word.
My Uncle died recently in AZ., he had his family around him at the time and he told them of the place he saw. He said it was beautiful and bright, he said it was really green. He gave advise to his kids and then he died with a peaceful smile on his face. My Mom was around there at the time and word got out fast. She told me everything and I was all so amazed again.
I'm not religious person, I don't always do the right things, but I do try, just in case, cause, when my time comes, I really don't want to be regretful and end up in the wrong place, you know what I mean?
I've always wondered about this myself. I know what I was told was the truth, and I do believe God does exist, if only in our hearts.

i would say that just about all the above answers are pretty much useless. quoting bible passages or telling you to come to Islam or even 'worship yourself' are hardly definitive answers.
the only way you will ever know is when you die, but that is a bit extreme to get an answer.
different paople come to different conclusions. personally i have found my peace as an agnostic. that is to say that i believe that as humans it is not possible to know all the answers. i just keep an open mind about such things and do not berate others for their beliefs. they are neither wrong nor right.
don't look to hard though, you may put pressure on yourself to come up with an answer before you're ready.
you'll figure it out in the end. just enjoy the journey!

"I AM THAT I AM" the voice spoke unto Mosses. Either you believe or you do not, no one can prove God, he is just there in everything we do,see, taste, hear, smell. Can anyone BUT God make each blade of grass different in size and shape, each drop of rain unique, each snowflake unlike any other. Can anyone but God hold the sun in the sky,or name the countless stars? How can you not believe in God when you look around at all HE created, including you? If we emerged from the muck, fish or whatever, then every time we ate a fish or went fishing we'd be killing a potential sibling. And can you look at the monkeys in the zoo and truly believe we evolved from them, I think not. Read the Bible, it's answers all your questions. But God is our faith, our belief, our guidance, our protector, our savior, our friend, our everything. One last thing, have you ever said in a moment of Passion, panic, or surprise, "oh God" ? If yes then somewhere deep inside you KNOW the truth. As no one calls on nothing, and if you call on him it's because you believe. :)

Hello..there is a really simple way. Ask Him/Her/It.
I am not religious at all, in any way. The way they get all tangled up in the details is rather annoying, however I have a complete belief in God. The reason is after years of thinking about this I strongly suspected that there were just too many coincidences for there not to be a supreme being.
So one day I decided to just ask Him to help me understand His nature. I did it respectfully (after all I believe he created the universe, is completely pure, loving and kind but also tremendously powerful)
Over the next few days I was blessed with an understanding of Him. So now I have my personal concept of Him, but this will differ with a lot of other people's..but I have no wish to argue details...this causes endless trouble...
So in answer to your question...talk to him.
He does answer but with love ie it could cause mental problems/severe stress if He just barged into your life, he is very loving and will do nothing to harm you, but if you are ready to talk he will answer.
Good luck.

The search for the divine has been part of the mysteries for centuries and there really isn't a definite answer. Our forefathers were Deists - that is they believed in a higher creative force - but that force was what we consider natural law, like gravity or electricity.
God can be many things - it can be like the Force in Star Wars or a voice you 'hear' inside your head. There is no 'right' way to experience God.
It is up to you to find the divine with yourself and by doing that you will find your answer.

No offence but if you are willing to be convinced by someone else then you are truly a fool. There is not a single person on this planet who can say whether there is a God or not so your quest is futile. They can say that they believe there is a God but the absolute truth is that nobody knows. Don't look outside you for the answers - you already have all the information you need.
