I was sunburned recently and now my face is very dry and I can even feel the coarse skin. My nose has small little protruding bumps too. Its not very obvious though. Are the little bumps the start of big pores? Please tell me what to do to regain smooth skin..

Aloe right now -

You may want to do a nice gentle exfoliant too - sounds like you may peel - though.

Be sure your regime is a nice creamy wash, toner, and day cream with an spf -

I think the bumps are just your skin going thru the buring/healing stages - be gentle on your face for the next few days -

Drink some water, take some vitamin e and a multi vitamin
too -

It sounds as if you have given yourself a first degree or maybe second degree burn. You must be very careful with your skin because putting harsh chemicals on it now could damage your skin for years to come. Your skin has sevel layers of "epidermis". Your going to lose probably 2-3 of those layers because of this burn. Your first step should be to warm pure spring water and soak a facecloth in the purified water. Lay down and place the facecloth over your entire face, alowing your skin to soak in the water. Your upper layer of skin is going to become white and will slough off. Gently rub your skin in a circular motion and remove as much dead skin as you can. Then apply pure Vitamin E to your skin. Vitamin E can be purchased at most drug stores. Let the Vitamin E stay on your skin as a mask for 10 minutes. Then gently wipe away the extra Vitamin E with a slightly moistened cloth. Your skin will be very senstive for a few days. You can purchase "burn" ointments from your local drug store, apply the ointment every 4 hours. The outer layer of your skin will turn dark brown and "leathery" if you do not keep up the moisture. You should be out of trouble in about 7 days time.

The best thing too use for a burn like that is a live Alo Plant, cut u a piece off the plant, cut that piece in the middle and rub it jently on your face or where-ever u need it. Its the bomb. It is sticky but great.
