MANGO FLOAT:
INGREDIENTS
1 pack 200g handypack MY San Grahams Honey
3 tablespoons MY San Grahams Honey, crushed
1 1/2 cups all-purpose cream (1 cup = 250ml brick)
3/4 cup condensed milk
2 cups mangoes sliced
PROCEDURE
1. DO FILLING. In a bowl, combine chilled cream and condensed milk.
2. LAYER. Lay 8 pieces of crackers in an 8 x 13 rectangular pan. Pour cream on top and top with sliced mangoes. Repeat process to make 2 or 3 layers, ending with the cream and sliced mangoes on top.
3. FINISH. Sprinkle crushed grahams on top of cream.
4. CHILL and serve.

I agree with gumy bear's answer... but to make it extra special, put sliced ripe mangoes AFTER the jelly and BEFORE the next layer of cream. Make it 3-4 layers thick. Place in freezer fo 1-2 hours, or until set. Cut into 1" x 2.5" bars. Serve each bar with 1/4 tsp grated chocolate on top.. YUM!!!!

layer few pieces of graham in a baking tray, then pour in a mixture of condensed milk and all-purpose cream, then pour melted jelly (optional), then then put the second layer of graham then pour in another mixture of condensed milk and all-purpose cream then for grand finale put slices of ripe mango as toppings in uniform distance, then chill for few hours
