no unless you hold it in but honestly you gotta get it out it can't stay there

You can control it if you pull it out manually. You can control it if you know what you're doing with your diet. I think most people do it daily, and probably around the same time each day. Some foods go through you (so to speak) faster.

yes eating plently of fibre rich foods. at first things may either speed up or slow down but eventually you will become regular. it depends wether you mean your constipated or have diahorrea... try a selenium product (like metamucil) to get things going! you probably need to address the reason why your having this problem, is it due to diet or could it be IBS in which case you need to visit a dr or naturopath. there are plently of herbal supplements that can help you

Yes but you have to work out with your anal muscle and strengthen it for muscle control,if you do this every day you will be able to run a block or pinch off a loaf.

There is no way to control this. Research hasshown that people who try to limit this wind up with urinary tract problems and disorders.
