Sometimes a piece of duct tape pressed over it and then yanked off will get that sucker out. If none of it is above the skin, I'm afraid that ice to numb it and a sewing needle to pry skin around it apart so you can use tape or tweezers, is only answer. Good luck and God bless

soak it in water and try ease it out. that way too if u do have to get a needle in to it your sin will be softer and less painful. make sure the needle is clean obviously. try tweezers to pull it out the way it went in?
