No.

There is no God. Jesus, if he existed, is just another dead guy.

Prayer is a waste of time. It's been shown over and over again to be ineffective at anything, except maybe a weak placebo.

One man with a hammer can do more good than a billion people praying.

Romans 8:34 - Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Hebrews 5:7 - Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;

10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. 11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. 13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. 14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

1 Peter 3:12 - For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

First God will only answer your prayers if you trust and believe in him in the bible the book of Peter 3:12 " For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil ." (sin )Jesus is working on getting his sheep to come to him.

Jesus intercedes for us. He is the mediator between man and God plus Jesus is the only way to heaven.

Yes, He does.
Now about our mocking...

Matthew 12:36
"But I tell you that every careless word that people speak, they shall give an accounting for it in the day of judgment."

We can only pray to God through Jesus.
And Jesus is actually already installed as king. So I'd say he is pretty busy himself.
