Some men just aren't good at articulating their love. Do you say those words to him? How does he respond? If he really doesn't love you than yes, I'd say it's time to let go. Make sure before you leave though - he may just assume you know because you're still together.

It is hard for some people to say.. Does he show you that he loves you. Actions speak just as loud as words. I guess you have to make that choice. For me I don't say it all the time but I do know that I show it all the time and for him and I that is enough. Three words are easy to say but I look for the flower every one in a while or a card for no reason. Him turning on the radio and dancing in the living room. Cooking dinner for me the little things mean more to me.. Take an inventory and see if he is showing you in other ways. Best of Luck

Yes Sweety, it's definitely time to go. In fact, you should of been gone 3 yrs. ago! But, I applaud you for hanging in there this long! You evidently love him. But if the feelings are not returned by now, you're just wasting your time. I simply can't believe it's been that long and he has never said it. Have you tried talking to him about this? If so, and you're still not getting a response, it's time to move on. Quite frankly, I would've been long gone, long ago!

If it's that important to you to hear someone say those 3 words, then go find a guy who says them freely and move on with your life. Simple as that!
