Yes, it is true. I have seen it myself, as my sister had a very bad experience for long time and i cant forget those days. Although it sounds funny but its true.

YES. They can be possess.
Demons are unclean spirits. Since demons belong to the same class of beings as angels and Satan, all these creatures have much in common. Demons are not forces or concepts that merely exist in our minds. Demons exist; their reality does not depend on the existence and ability of human beings to conceive of them.
They possess intelligence, knowing, who the Lord was while He was on earth (Mark 1:24) and knowing their own eventual doom (Matt 8:29). They also know what the plan of Salvation is even though they cannot accept it (James 2:19).
They can exhibit emotion, especially when confronted with judgment (Luke 8:28; James 2:19).
They can give expression to their wills (Luke 8:32).
They are described by personal pronouns (Luke 8:27-30).
In contrast to flesh and blood beings, demons are spirit beings (Eph 6:12). Nevertheless, they are localized, since, as creatures, they are limited and not infinite as God is. Generally they are invisible to human beings, though on occasion their presence was apparent through various means (Acts 19:15; Revelation 9:1-12; 16:13).

Yes - demon possession is true. Sometimes more than one evil spirit will enter a person and try to destroy that person. Get a King James Version of the Holy Bible and start reading in the Book of John. If the person is possessed the evil spirit will become very uneasy at the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Yes. It is true.
The spirit soul is covered by two types of material body.
1. Gross body made up of panca-bhuta, five elements, viz., earth, water, fire, air and ether. Gross body is seen by eyes
2. Subtle body made up of subtle elements, viz., mind, intelligence and false ego.
At the time of changing the body, the spirit soul gives up the gross body which is death and is carried over to another gross body which is birth. The subtle body acts as the vehicle carrying the spirit soul to the next body.
If a person is very sinful, he does not get the gross body immediately, but is howering on a subtle body. Since he wants to enjoy but is lacking the instrument for enjoying, viz., hands for touching, nose for smelling, tongue for tasting etc..., he enters another groos body inhabited by another person. Thus they create disturbances to that person. Then the person affected is called possessed by ghost or evil spirit.
But, where ever, the chanting of the holy names of the Hare Krishna mahamantra (or for that matter, any name of God) is there, the ghosts or evil spirits do not trouble anyone for they don't come near the pure vicinity they themselves being evil by nature.

Never,as in never has any such thing been scientifically proven,not one thing that's happened to anyone who was ever supposedly possessed could not be scientifically explained. What has happened is some religious fundamentalists have severely brutalized some mentally ill people because they were "Possessed". In some cases they have even accidentally killed the person they were trying to exorcize. It's bunk and anyone who believes such things can believe what they will,but they should probably take their children away from them,because it's usually children who end up victims of "exorcisms".

yes in the old days they called them possesd,demonismenos,to day we say mental disorder.difrent kinde of evil spirits is ,schizophrenia and paranoids.if you want to se and hear a evil spirit you can go to a mental institution or a high security prison

Not all spirits that posses are evil. Both evil and good spirits through their nature have access to our souls.
