I suggest you go immediately to your GP and DEMAND to be put on opiates! What you need is a life long addiction to oxycontin..that will make your back ache pale in comparison. Good luck

It is possible that you may have a kidney stone. Drink a lot of water (like at least 2 bottles) and wait to see what happens. If it gets worse then you probably have a kidney stone & you can go to the hospital. If it doesn't really do anything, then you may have just pulled a muscle- you need to baby it. If its really bothering you, then get on your hands & knees on the floor, arch your back towards the cieling, then push your belly towards the floor. Try this a few times.

You may be having something other than just a back ache. Like perhaps a kidney infection or stones. I would seek some medical attention to rule out anything major. Take care,

For temporary relief use an ice pack for fifteen minutes. Pause for twenty minutes and reapply. You probably need to see your doctor to get a thorough diagnosis. You want to make sure it's nothing serious.

If this is your first time to have a back ache, it is propably nothing to worry about .however you might need stronger medication than advil. this is propably a muscle inflammation, you need a muscle relaxing drug as well.
