rotten shark meat(Iceland) they let it cure or basically rot in the sun for months to drain out the antifreeze(ammonia) from the meat. the shark they use has this naturally produced in it's body so it doesn't freeze in the below zero waters. Once it goes from a meat texture to somewhat of a cheese texture they slice it thinly and serve. Kinda like smoked Salmon.

I find the concept of eating any dead animal odd. Why should something have to bleed and die? I get everything I need from a plant based diet, so why sacrifice a creature with warm eyes and a beating heart, just to satisfy my own greed? No thanks
