I have decided I want to change my dentist because I feel my current one no longer does a good job!! I feel he doesn't listen to me, and I feel he does not spend as much time checking my teeth as he used to. Thus can anyone recommend from personal experience a good dentist in the North London area (Tottenham, Wood Green, Crouch End, Winchmore Hill, Enfield, Hornsey or Camden areas preferably). I will also consider areas in Central London too.

Thank you!!

Depends if you want private or NHS. Mr Fine, in High Barnet is great, but private. I have been going there for more years than I care to remember....... never had a problem! Check out the NHS site, they list all dentists and say whether they are taking NHS patients, or only fee paying patients.

he works in Bristol and his name is Igsaan Khan. I went there and he, together with his partner, took 5 teeth out (3 of them with root-canal) using sedation. Before that I had blood and hair tests done and an OPG x-ray taken of my teeth. He did a phone consultation with Dr. Huggins regarding my case. I received a folder with the instructions regarding my recovery program after the dental revision.

I've sent my son-in-law there some weeks ago, he first went to London to do the tests; he had 6 Amalgams taken out.

His address:
Spectrum Sedation Clinic
1 Kings Road
Brislington Bristol
BS4 3HH
