if you mean the bottom teeth are more forward than the top its just the bottom is wider than the top, people can be born that way or may have broken their jaw i dunno but nothing health wise wrong.

I am not sure what you are talking about. If the lower jaw protrudes in front of the upper one, there is a solution to that depending on the age. If the person is young, the job is easier to fix than if they are over 18.

It's called an underbite opposite from an overbite and it can be corrected by a dentist or an orthadontist
