=COMBIN(100,A15)*(M$2^A15)*(N$2^B15)
It always shows 0, even though A15,M2 and N2 are 0.

Before you write formulas like these, its always a good idea to test each component.

Select (M$2^A15) and click F9. You will get #num error. I am not a mathematician, but error results when you use blank or 0 for formula involving ^ operator. Any Math wiz like to explain.

When I enter your formula and cell values, it returns the error #NUM! because the middle term (M$2^A15) is 0 to the 0 power, and that is undefined.

You can see the value produced by separate parts of a formula by selecting that part on the formula bar then pressing the function key F9. For example, selecting just COMBIN(100,A15) and pressing F9 shows that it is returning 1 as a value.

Write it on two lines, the end of the formula is garbled.
