Yogurt is ideal for a healthy diet. Make sure it has live cultures and is unflavored (flavored yogurt has more sugar). Mix a 6 oz. container of plain yogurt with either a tablespoon of raw flaxseed or some fresh fruit if you don't like the taste.

It's not the flavor but the calorie content that matters If you're referring to a reducing diet. Some yogurts have as many calories as an equal amount of ice cream. ( I don't know about you, but if I'm eating 240 calories I'd rather eat it as ice cream instead of yogurt!) :)

The sugar free ones and lowfat ones have less calories and come in many delicious flavors. Some brands are as low as 70 calories. I like vanilla and also lemon, but there are plenty of choices that you can choose your favorite flavors.

I found a comparison chart that you may find helpful:

yes! yogurt is very healthy! The best flavor is not a flavor at all; plain! the flavored ones tend to have waaay more sugar in it, so if you dont like plain yogurt, chop up some fresh fruit and mix it in! Also honey is good if in moderation. Happy dieting!

Any flavor! that's not what matters . It's the cultures in yogurt that help you. Try to look for active cultures, it will say it right on the cup. You can find it anywhere, at any grocery store.
It's good for your health. Not just diet food.
