The answer is simple Bible truth. If you believe Satan is behind all wickedness, then the Bible teaches that God has allowed Satan to try and prove himself (just like in the case of Job). Once a pre-decreed amount of time has passed (enough time for Satan to try and prove his way of ruling is better), then God WILL bring an end, not just to hunger, but to all of the injustices on the planet brought on by his enemy.
Then there will be NO doubt God's way is the best way. When it's left up to Satan and sinful humans, there will always be greed and hunger.

Yes, he made fruits and vegtables and animals for us to eat.
I know what you really meant, but your question left me to the obvious answer.
Many people throughout history have received food after praying for it. Some haven't. In all the Abrahamic religions there are more rules about food than anything else. So one has to note that the Christian, Muslim, Jewish God has a lot to say on the subject. Some of it controversial and superficially contradictory (although philosophically reconcillable).

First, we as mere mortals can never know God's true plans. They are His and His alone.
Second, God created mankind with the ability to reason, think, learn, and act. We (mankind) are responsible for our own actions or inactions while on this planet. Not God! So when people die from hunger, it is because of a lack of action on the part of mankind to change the dismal conditions we allow our fellow human beings to live in.
With that said, the question you have asked is really YOURS to answer. Your fellow man is starving. You know this. So what are YOU doing about it?

We do not understand all that goes on with God. God allows things to happen. He could do anything He pleases but at times chooses not to. He allows nature to work. Many times we see in retrospect that there was a reason. Often times we do not.
The key is to establish a relationship with Him and to trust Him with your life. He promises eternal peace - not necessarily an easy time here on earth.
You have a choice - depend on yourself or transfer your trust to God. From my personal experience, the second choice is much better. From your comment, I believe the Holy Spirit is working on you. Your questioning attitude means you are not against God but maybe struggling with what to do with His conviction.

that people who always complaining about it move and do it, and that He'll supply the need. This is where we live, and He gave us authority over the Earth and all in it. So if you see someone in need feed them, clothe them, God will provide it for you. But if you're sitting home complaining and not trying to feed one person, you may as well stop.

No! If you die asking for His help you will always get it. You don't realize that your physical life is worthless in comparison to your spiritual being. God will reward every pain and every wrong you had to endure for this life in the next. Being able to die with God in mind, is the greatest thing that could possibly happen to you.

He blesses a country like America so they can feed the hungry for Him. If America would pray hard enough God would send manna to feed the hungry in Africa. Our country's heart is growing cold and you are laughing.

Yes he gives us humans the capacity to prevent it. However we often fail. It may be bad government or corrupt people who don't handle the taxes properly.

God would have to exist first before he or she could prevent hunger.
