Well if the sisters are in a threesome, they are already hot for each other. They really don't need you.
Let it pass, or else you are going to have a very complicated life.
If they call you up again, it's up to you. Don't tell your sister. Have a story ready in case THEY tell your sister, Some crazy, outrageous thing about how you are a guy, and these girls are sooo hot, and before you knew it they had ripped your clothes off, because you are such a manly man, and well, chicks just dig you, cause you are such a stud.

If they didn't tell(and they're her friends!), why should you? And, if they both had fun doing you at the same time, I can't see why there would be any hard feelings dating you simultaneously...they both know the deal, it's certainly not cheating!
