Unfortunately, you can't. But really you shouldn't want to. You need your credit to get alot of things in your life. Like a house and a car or an apartment and other things. You really don't want to ruin it a t an early age. But 18 you will be able to establish some credit. And getting a checking account at 16 by yourself no but with your parents yes.
