take her back to the place where you 2 first met if possible,then take her out to dinner.flowers would be a good idea.

Go out to a restaurant show her a nice time and get her something really special maybe a necklace or bracelet because that's something special if you have a girlfriend for that long.

i bought flowers and laid them out in garden spelling i love you with them,booked a romantic meal and hotel,my wife was over the moon when she woke and looked in the garden
