It hurts more being dumped by somebody but I think it's harder telling somebody they are dumped. Either way it's not nice. I wouldn't say it hurts you dumping somebody or you wouldn't do it.

getting dumped is definately the answer. If you see the relationship not working, the best thing for you to do is beat the person to the punch and dump them before she dumps you. Less heartbreaking for you and more for them.

Ahhhh.. getting dumped.. unless your dumping him or her for a good reason like cheating.. then that may effect your pride because you feel in there eyes you were didn't get the respect you deserve from them.
