i really need to drop like 20 pounds or so in like 3 weeks or more what do i do like 40 pounds is good!! anybody lost this much wait in that little of time because i need to!!!!!!

Just live on fruit these three weeks.Also walk 45 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes in the evening.That should do the trick.

When I started to workout and eat healthy last year, it was two months before the number of the scale decreased. You are not going to get your desired results in 3 weeks. It will not happen! And if you do lose weight on the scale, it's going to be water weight and lost muscle mass (which slows down your metabolism).

Have you ever gained 20lbs in 3 weeks? I'm pretty sure you haven't. How on earth are you going to lose 20lbs in 3 weeks then? Probably the only people capable of losing that much weight in 3 weeks are mega-obese people who are 500lbs.+ (where 20 lbs. is nothing percentage-wise relative to their total weight).

This will cut 10 pounds in seven days.
Morning
3 soft or hard boiled eggs
2 Slices of toast
1 glass of whole milk (10 oz.)
Afternoon
All the Carrots and Celery you can stand
Coffee, Tea or me.
Supper
6 oz. Steak
1 medium Potato/boiled or baked
Salad with 1 tsp. Olive oil, White vinegar.
Drink water
Repeat for 7 days
Sunday is my day off.
Drink more Water.

The best and safest diet for you is no diet... This is the BEST thing to do and to get your metabolism going.... Eat three full meals a day, excerise, and get correct amount of sleep. Do not skip breakfeast because this is the meal of the say that kicks start your metabolism.... Have fun.... and good luck!

if you are really young you can make around 8 pounds in 3 weeks...daily excercise and try to reduce fat in your diet..no alcohol and no sweets...
