Does anyone have any good ideas on where to go to learn how to become tantric? Are there classes? does anyone have any personal experience? I understand that there is a lot of muscle control involved. What are the exercises for men and women?

I'll tell you right off, it's not what you think.

There are books on Tantric sex and Yoga.

Take your time with it. There is a lot of development you need before you get the knack. No lie. Rushing things will lead to poor outcomes.
