Don't use ProActive, so many people come on here complaining about it not working !!

Go to the health food store and get yourself some organic apple cider vinegar. Put two tablespoons of it into a bowl with a teaspoon of baking soda and stir until fizzing stops. Get some cotton balls and apply mix to your face, concentrating on problem areas. Then rinse off with warm water and a face cloth. Voila !! Very good as a cleanser/toner used morning and night. I do it and my skin has never been so clear ............ :0)

PEACE

I'm not sure about the pimple thing but you just buy it at the grocery store, it is the brown vinegar, not the clear. Pint bottles to gallon bottles.

If you're having acne problems use Pro Active. It is a good maintenance product.
Don't put that vinegar on your skin.
Until you get the proactive, soap and water would be better.
Also make sure you keep your hands OFF YOUR FACE.
Be sure to change your pillow case every day or two .
Make sure to keep your hair clean.
Use a wash cloth to get the dead skin off your pours. That's probably what's happening. That is your not getting the dead skin cells off your face and it clogs. A washcloth is the best thing for black heads too.
Oh yes wash your hands often.
