Well,the first answer was Lebanese accent ,the second was Egyptian .
But to be understood all over the Arab countries you can say "Ana moghrama beka" أنا مغرمة بِكَ>>>> this is the standard Arabic.
Or you can say "Ana moghrama beek"أنا مغرمة بييك >> Egyptian Dialect
"Ana moghrama feek" >>أنا مغرمة فييكLebanese ,Syrian...dialect
"bahebbak bezzaf" >> بحبك بزافMoroccan dialect
"bahebbak barsha " >>>بحبك برشاTunisian dialect.
