Wow,knowing it is very good for you I cant imagine eating the same thing quite so often, I applaud you tho if more of us were able to do this think how much more healthy we all would be.

i believe that is VERY healthy but just be careful as to where the fish you purchase is coming from due to things like mercury content and whether the fish is wild or farm raised, feel free to ask your supplier they should positively know the answers to those questions and if they don't I would change suppliers.

Avoid fish with high POPs and high mercury content. Avoid fish that have been overfished for the environments sake. You can get a list of these from your local state department of health.

You should also be concerned on how you prepare your fish as well don't cook it in ways or douse it with items that will make it unhealthy.

But of course you want to vary your diet as well because in the end too much of ANYTHING is not good.

I would suggest getting a physical and speaking with your doctor about your diet and have him determine how your body is doing. Since every individual is different.

Look at the world. In cultures where fish is a mainstay of the diet, they are healthy, trim and happy people.

I wish I could eat fish every day, but my wife hates the smell of it. So consider yourself lucky.

Yes it is, as long as you are not constantly eating smoked fish as it is full of salt believe it or not and that's not good for you. You should try and eat oily fish like salmon or mackerel at least once a week.

I eat fish every day and it's healthy as long as you limit it to 2 portions of oily fish such as tuna or mackerel per week due to mercury content.Happy eating!!!
